I have thespouse (a.k.a. Grandma O) riding a 97 FLSTS and the stock OEM handle bars do not give her enough leverage to comfortably muscle that springer front end around at at stop or low low speed, (although they feel good to me).
looking for an OEM handle bar suggestionthat will help keep Grandma O in the game. the after market bars costing$180 plusare a bit steep just to see what does or doesn't work. Grandma O is 5'7" and 135# (plus or minus a little) gotta be real carefull on the numbers,Ya never know who's looking over your shoulder, LOL
at any rate some suggestions for something between stock and radical bars would be appreciated. I guess it goes without saying, Grandma O likes to ride behind a windshield.
