Passenger Leg Risers
I have a 2007 FLSTC and installing HD passenger floorboards. I also want to install a set of passenger leg risers. I found some at J&P http://www.jpcycles.com/productgroup...4-549E808183A2 and a couple other sites but as far as I can see they won't fit an 07 FLSTC.
Has anyone tried these and will they fit my ride?
Does anyone know of a brand that will fit?
Thanks,
Old Fart

I put these on from Kuryakyn.
I purchased rear bag gaurds and the first few rides my wife made she complained about thebag gaurds hitting her in the back of her calve. I search for a long time to find a solution. Took the bag gaurds off andput them on the shelf thinking it was money wasted. Now,keep in mind that this was some 5 years ago so technology changes. I'm sure there may be other solutions today, but at the time it was pretty limited.
Having never given up the search and after posting on forumswith no help I stumbled on these http://www.kuryakyn.com/products.asp...ey&ci=2410 from Kuryakyn. I even had contacted RIVCO as I had seen an add in AI magazine for passanger footpegs. The problem was I wanted to keep my foot boards but also give my wife some relief. She is 4"10" and I needed to pick her feet up and forward.
Long story short she loves them and it was one of my better mods. It took some getting used to because her feet would hit the back of my leg when we stopped but over time it has become second nature for her to just slide her feet back when we stop so as to not hit me in the back of the leg. She only uses the footboards now for mounting and dismounting.
Problem solved.
