Default Detachable Windshield

I have a 2002 Fatboy and the previous owner relocated the front turn signals from the bars to the front forks at the location of the lower catch where the windshield would rest. My question is has anybody done or know can I install a detachable windshield and leave the turn signals on the forks? Thanks in advance!

Yes, just get the rubber detachable windshield grommets from HD and slightly longer bolts (studs)mount the rubber mount between the TS and the fork tube.

Thanks for the reply XARAN. So that is a threaded stud that goes into the turn signal? And i just need to get a longer one. Thanks again.
