Default rocker electrical????

What is the little plug in looking gadget on the left side of the rocker right in front of the swingarm?? Looks like some sort of miniature trailer light plug or something? Can't find anything on it in the manual.

I have one on my 07 springer too.......I was changing all the fluids this morning and wondering the same thing. Could it be a hook up for test equipment? I have a shop manual but couldnt find it in there.

It's the hookup for a battery tender.

Check and see if the wires run up to the battery posts. If they do then it's a battery tender. My Rocker didn't come with this harness and the battery tender I added only has a male and female plug. Your picture looks like it has 1 male and 2 female plugs.

My local dealer has been adding those battery tender plugs on all the bikes they sell. It's one of the small small things you will get for free from them. You can power any of your electric/electronic accessories from there.
