I suppose the answer is if it doesn' t last then you are probably coming to the end life of the battery (or worse) ....So 2 weekswill be absolutely fine otherwise. but why risk it ... you should be riding the damn thing every week

Probably not if its in good condition. If you are worried about it, stick a tender on it.

$40 bucks and it works great.

Unless it is old it will be fine. I travel a lot and mine sits for about 30 days at a time, so I put a tender on it, I also put Stabil in the tank. Cranks good everytime.

I went on a 6 month deployment and the bike fired right up when I got home, no battery tender used. If your battery is somewhat new you'll be just fine.

I know on my old bike i can let it sit for a month or two, and it cranks just fine in the winter.

My bikes sit idle for 4-5 months and they start but I charge them before I store them.....but if its only 2-3 weeks nope they allways start.....I store my bikes in my basement(drive in)where its around 50 deg so it kinda puts the batteries in hibernation witch is better then toocold or toohot conditions....
