Anyone know of a good fix for the kickstand on the crossbones? The footrest just about blocks the whole kickstand in the down position. I can just barely snag the thing with my toe. I'm 5'8 so, not that short. Is there a way to adjust the kickstand, or an aftermarket that is a little easker to bring back up?
thats an awsome question that id like to see an answer to myself. i too am 5'8" and i have the hardest time reaching that thing. funny thing is that on my last bike (an ultra) thekick stand was easy to get to

Man Im 6ft and i just fit flat footed, when im holding the bike up, dont know how you guys under 6ftdo it comfortably. As far as the kickstand I think its because its more out of sight then not getting to it, if you know what I mean, really cant seeit when your trying to get it down.
I'm 5'10 and had my X Boness lowered and replaced the standard seat springs with 2", its mage alot of difference, but still have to do the splits to reach the stand, pushing the floor board up helps

Hi, you will see there are 4 bolts that hold the stand on, support the bike n undo all the bolts n remove the stand. then throw it away!! fit the new Arlen Ness spike, pronto hay no more probs!! It bolts to the rear of the frame.
