What would be involved to modify a tank panel that is suppose to fit 2000 and later softails to fit a 1999 NT? I want to change the leather panel on mine but everything I like is for a 2000 and newer. Thanks for the help.

NTs used to come with leather panels?! The cheap-*** plastic panel on my '08 warped the very first time I parked in the sun (< 75 miles, grrr). I replaced it with an H-D leather pouch panel and all is well now.
