I have a 01, softail springer with the stock buckhorn bars, I just bought a pair of Wild Chubby 1
Drag bars and new crome switch and controls and if possible I need to know what size braided brake line I will need for the front.
Has any personally changed these type bars out their self any information would be helpfull...
Well I changed my bars over and all went very well, The legenth of the brake line I used was a 42 inch Braided Brake line and a one 10mm 90 degree Chrome Banjo fitting and one 12mm Bango fitting off the master cylinder.
I removed the pins from the wireing harness and ran the wires internally through the bars I used dielectric grease on the pins when returning to the plugs.
I will post a photo after my camera is repaired later
