installed ak&n 3909 on my '07 NT. wondering what i need to do with the wire/plug that snapped in to the back of the original filter back plate. the original back plate had a hole for the plug to snap into, but i do not find one on the k&n. hopefully the pic turns out and you may see what i mean. thanks,

Hey NTJW,

I just left mine hanging behind the back plate, that's where is was before I installed the A/C, the plastic holder had come loose form the stockplate before hand. You might want to use a small tie wrap to secure it up if it's buggin' ya, butI don't see any problems with it hanging.

Just hide that bad boy and secureit.

My Arlen Ness backplate had the hole but it falls out so RTV black high heat fixed it.
