Anyone ever...
...remove their stock fuel gauge compeltely? If so, what did you replace it with. Mine has never worked and I always ride by milage...I know I can remove the float assembly and adjust it, but looking for other options. I found some cool caps by 50s boy but they cost a small fortune to get the set up with an adapter to fit it snugly into the stock fuel gauge opening...by the time you by that and the fule cap it $450+...more than I'm willing to spend.

Dude, that looks likesome kind oftorture device a twisted dentist would have on a bloody metal tray.I love it. Of course you couldjust get a "live to ride" logo to stick on top of your fuel gauge.
