Default Brake replacement, rotors?

Im starting to get a list going of the things I feel I need to get looked at, replaced or adjusted on my bike. Brake performance is starting to get a little crappy for my taste so I checked out my brakes. pads still have life left on them, but rotors are looking not so good. Not bad or horrible, but there is grooving.

So, I was wondering if anyone here has replaced brakes and rotors on their Fatboys yet? Im going to upgrade to Lyndal Brake pads, but should I stick with harley rotors?

If you can afford them I would at least give some consideration to Lyndall's composite two piece floating rotors.

I went with EBC Dupont Kevlar on the front and Lyndall on the rear. The front work great cost 28 and the rear squeal cost 41. Both stop great and have no dust. Harley decided to use a springer caliper on the rear so the EBC wont fit. I have extra set for the front if anyone is interested just pm me.

Cit, those rotors look great, but I dont think I could justify $1K on just rotors!

The pads look great though. Ill probably end up grabing stock rotors and Lyndall pads. thanks for the heads up guys.

I think the main purpose for brakes is to stop. I would spend the money for something else.

Yeah, brake cleaner is what we have ALOT of at my shop.[] What if the formula we got hurts my baby?!?! Oh Noeeeeessss! K, Im done.

In all seriousness its good to know, awesome in fact that there are dustless pads that work BETTER than OEM. And Ill definitely check out those stainless rotors.

If you are spending $1000 get the PM calipers.
