Got bored Friday and went out and bought the badlander seat. \\; Installed it right there and rode home holding the stock seat in my lap.
 \\;
Got to say a couple of things. \\; This seat really changed the look of the bike and after around 300 miles of riding, I can honestly say that it's very comfortable.
The seat looks awesome! Did it lower your seat height? I have an 07 fatboy as well and was thinking about the badlander. Good to hear it is comfortable
Badlander...comfortable??  \\; I've had a leather one on my '06 Standard for a couple years now and after 100 miles my *** is screaming for mercy...definitely NOT one of the most comfortable seats I've been on...only good for bar-hopping/short rides \\;IMO...I bought a Mustang vintage 2-up for the long hauls...it's butt-ugly compared to the Badlander but it's La-Z-Boy comfortable. \\;
Badlander is ok for shorter rides, under 100 miles. \\; Then you really start to squirm. \\; Heck if you would have had a sundowner I would have traded you my badlander seat for it.
Same here. The military paint \\;\\\\\\;came with the badlander. I'm sporting a mustang sport solo now, I wish the mustang had a little more tailbone support, but its a couch compared to the badlander.
 \\;
The badlander does look great though and so does your bike.
I have a badlander for my 95 springer and love it, it looks better than any other seat on the market IMHO. I have a C&\\;C sport tour for 2 up....I also have a new badlander for a 200 up softail if anyone is interested......only $130!!!!!!!!!!
I think thay look cool, I just lowerd my custom 1&\\;1/2 inches and the badlander will lower the seat hight.Im going to give it a shot.
