Default 08 Fuel Pump Problems

Has anyone heard of, or had problems with the fuel pumps on their 08 models? My X'Bones is coming up for its 1K check, and I've notice the idle isn't as smooth as a fuel injected should be. Was shooting the sh*t with the other riders at work, one who had his bike in for service was shooting it with one of the tech's who told him they had been "alerted" about this problem on the 08's by HD. I've got Vance and Hines True Duals, done at the dealership, the whole stage 1 package. Acceleration and cruising the motor seems fine. I had been considering a fuel pack, but if the problem is a bad pump in the first place, it could be a waste of money. Not to mention down time as a cager.Thoughts anyone?

Greetings,
&nbsp\\;
When my bike comes back from the indy shop sometime next week it's going in for it's 1K service. They will be looking at the fuel pump as there's been several times my bike won't start at all. It'll fire, but no gas. When I called the stealer to make the appointment they told me there's been some issues with them and if mine's bad, they have one in stock to replace it.
