Default 08 NT Running lean
My dad just had Vance and Hines big radius pipes and stage 1 intake installed on his 08 Night Train. The bike is running lean. The HD said they reflashed the computer. What should he do? Buy a fuel pack? Do they have maps already available to download to the pack? Don't wanna tear nothing up running lean..

The HD reflash&nbsp\\;is a joke...a bad one...I suggest the PCIII...worked for me.

Hey J. I had Stage one done to my 08 with the remapp/reflash. The bike runs like it should. You can get a different fuel management system, but he has already paid for the re flash, so it would be more money. He can decide.

He definitely needs a fuel management system of some kind after making those mods...a FuelPak or Rev Tech DFO can adjust A/F
mix fairly cheap, but you'll need to go with a SERT, PowerCommander or something similar to be able to tune...

So the HD tune the reflash is no good? Its def running lean. Say if he were to buy a PCIII or the a different fuel management pack. Do they already have maps made for download or do you have to have one made?

Fuel pack works fine for me with V&amp\\;H pipes.

I put the PC III in mine.&nbsp\\; I am running V&amp\\;H Short shots and the Arlen Ness big sucker.&nbsp\\; No problems at all other than the fuel economy is out the window.
