I got it from the california emissions board where we found out about the rocker last year, i think the rocker crossbones must be either a misprint or they weigh the same and have the same engine so are on the same line but maybe its a new model, I highly doubt it

Well that makes sense as today I was dropping my bike off at the stealer for it's 1000 mile service they were talking about a new Deuce. It makes absolutely no sense to me. I guess they still have too many frames just sitting around? Who knows.
I was at the dealer yesterday and the salesguy said the 2009 models would come out after Aug this year. Or maybe later since production was reduced. I have also heard MSRP will be going up. I wish we could know for sure what was changing and what bikes will return. I would love to see an FX Springer with a 200 tire.
