Default head light flicker

&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\; Today I was riding my 99 Fatboy to Mex and noticed that my headlight would flicker and my speedometer would jump to 0 from hiway speed, going thru the city it would sputter real briefly going thru the gears. Also noticed when starting my bike the last month or so that it seemed that it dragged trying to start, I put on a battery charger today and it said that the battery was full. Any thoughts?

Thanx guy's , but I started the bike up without the seat and heard a clicking noise, so I pulled out the rectangular fuse and the noise and the flickering has stopped, I hope thats all it is and will pick one up tommorow.
