Default Rear wheel technical question

Hi there. Quick question about a rear wheel. I have a solid disc rear wheel for a a 2006 fxst but want to fit it to a 2007 fxst. I think the axle sizes are different between the two years so i was wondering if it will be as simple as changing the wheel bearings.

Thanks for your help....

If I'm not mistaken they are the same. The front axle changed in '07 ( to a 25mm?) but not the rear.
