Default front end help!!!!

ok I am building a bike and I have looked around and need to know the specs of a softail front end, I found a hell of a deal on one if it will work...my question to you guys is this I need the length of the neck on the frame? or is all of them a standard length neck ????
thanks a bunch for ne help

Why do you need the length of the neck on the frame. check out perse performance website, they have a great rake and trail calculator, you need to be worrying about that, what your rake and trail is going to end up if it's not right, it will at best case be horrible, worse case be a death trap. If your front end doesnt work out, holler at me, and I will save you some money

to see if the front end will even fit on the frame and then go from there on what I need to do next on making sure it will work with the bike
