Your transmission drain plug should be between the shocks on the bottom of the transmission. It should be the same type plug as the oil plug. Break it loose with a 5/8" socket then unscrew it the rest of the way with an allen wrench.

The primary drain plug is a small plug at the bottom of the lowest point on the outer primary cover. You'll need to pull either the derby cover or the inspection cover to refill the primary with oil. If you pull the derby cover, you'll need the bike upright (put a short 2*4 under the side stand) to get the correct amount of oil in the primary.

There is a inspection cover in front of the clutch cover its got torx head on the bolts.
