Jim.... do you have the V&H baffles in AND the QQ baffles or just the QQ's. You may be able to fit the QQ's AND the original VH ones chopped in half. Just a thought.

I have never found stock or aftermarket pipes that had a sound my wife likes on her bikes. In every case I had to build my own baffles to get the deep but not so loud sound she wants. I know she has a good ear for the right sound as other riders will ask her what kind of exhaust she is running. Don

I believe he meant Big Shots Staggered. They're a little longer than short shots and have a crossover near the end of the pipes. I think V&H calls it the power chamber.

Cruising down the freeway at 60 they're not too loud from where I'm sittin! How big of a difference did you notice? Supposedly the quiet baffles quiet them down by 6 db.

Received my "quiet baffles" yesterday via FedEx while I was out of town. Working today so after work I'll be installing them. Hopefully they will quiet them down a touch & that will be perfect! I bought them for the look & the sound though they're a little louder than I had hoped.
At least now I shouldn't hear the smart a$$ comments about "hey, did you steal your ole ladys Honda" when I roll up to work! My bike was just too quiet when it was running the oem exhaust!
