New Springer FX
After months of looking, I finally chose a new (leftover) 2005 Springer FXI, dark cherry and black pearl two tone. The dealer gave me $1,000 off the cost of the 05 compared to a new 2006. Used the savings to add pipes and a couple of other accessories.
I really like the extra weight of the front end, the torque of the engine and of course the sound of the exhausts. The dealer sells the S100 line of cleaning products. Has anyone tried these products and are they gentle on the bikes finish (specifically the spray on cleaner)? Finally, are there any comfortable pegs that look good on the bike? Was looking for something with a flatter surface over the stock pegs and possibly heel rests.

Well we think alike, I just ordered the Stilleto peg and stirrup set from Kuryakyn, through eastern performance cycle. The stilleto pegs are flat and badass lookin and the stirrups are small and descrete, I almost went with the ISO peg and stirrup set, they look pretty good also. Congrats and the new ride I love mine. Heres a link to the stilettos.....................Welcome to the Springer Family. [sm=bling.gif]
