I replaced the Badlander (torture device) on my Night Train with a H-D RallyRunner. It is a two-up seat, if that's a problem. If it's not a problem, the RallyRunner hugs the bike closely like the Badlander, so it looks really good. Unlike the Badlander, the RallyRunner is a very comfortable seat, front and rear. The only reason it isn't stock on the Night Train is so H-D can sell you two seats instead of one. I hope this stuff catches up with them at some point...

I agree...The Badlander is uncomfortable. It's the only complaint I have with my bike. Can anyone recommend a good solo seat? Keep in mind that I'm short (5' 5 1/2"). (That 1/2" is important to me....I ALWAYS mention it ).

I need a comfortable solo seat that will not take me any further away from the stock handlebars. As far as the stock foot controls and handlebars go, I'm comfortable with the current reach I get with the stock Badlander seat. It's just the seat that is uncomfortable. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Try the Corbin Fast Gunfighter. Very low profile and comfortable enough for very long riding days.

Thanks very much for the advice. I'll look it up online. Friends of mine have told me that Corbin and Mustang seats were the way to go. Again....Thanks!!!!
