Thanks again for all the suggestions fellas. It turned out that about half of the spokes on my rear wheel were pretty loose (thanks for the post lee). After tightening everything up, that improved things tenfold! There is still just a tad bit of wobbling probably cause the spokes aren't all the same as far as tightness goes. By the way, I was planning on replacing my front brake line because I threw on some drag bars a time back. I didn't realize that I need a "special" socket or something to take the nut off of the calipers. Does anyone know if you have to special order that somewhere (dealership or ???), or if Sears would carry something like that. Thanks again everyone for you help!
The caliper bolts should be a 12 point 10mm socket. Readily available where ever tools are sold. I got mine at Sears. For brake work, you also need a 12 point 1/4". This is needed to remove the bolts that hold the brake pads.
Well, they're back, worse than before, and I'm at the end of my rope. I'm taking her in to get checked out tomorrow. I'll add a post to reveal exactly what happened. Thanks again everyone for all your suggestions.

Well, the boys at the Harley shop tightened the spokes to the correct specs and trued the back rim as well. They said that I may have to replace the rim in the near future because some of the spoke holes wore a little larger during the whole mess. So I'll be keeping an eye on ebay, hopefully later than sooner. Thanks again everyone...

If you're not in love with the spoked version, try for a used factory mag-type wheel. No spokes to loosen, tubeless, too.
