Looks like I can cross a few more things off my list! 
I got a hold of my bike's previous owner's dealer. I knew my bike had the SE Air Kit, Intake Manifold, Heads, Ignition, and Python3 pipes. What I didn't know is it also has the Stage II 1550 Kit, 44mm CV Carb, Quick Install Adjustable Pushrods, and SE-203 cams! 
Now I may have to add some gear drive cams to the list. Still want that 6 speed tranny, apes, and paint job.
