Default VH fuel Pack
I'm thinking about getting the VH big radius and fuel pack for my 05 FXSTi before I head out to Sturgis.

I generally do my own work, and the pipes are no problem. Is it possible to tune the fuel pack myself w/ out a dyno? Or am I screwed to take it to the dealership. TIA

There is no dyno tuning involved with the Fuelpak. You just have to look up your particular setup on the sheets that come with it or online. You install the pipes and air cleaner and easily punch in 19 settings directly on the unit (no pc needed) and you are good to go.

Total install time on Fuelpak including inputting the settings is about 30 minutes. Very simple even for non-wrenches like me.

Ditto, check out the tuning section on the V&H website. It even has some flash demo I think. Very straightforward and easy to install and program.

Got 05 spring classic vh fishtails fuel pack and KN intake....program works well and very easy to install.. if you dont plan on changing brands of pipes in future fuel pack is great...

I have the same set up. V&H Big Radius on my FXSTI with fuelpack. Nothing but smiles and very easy to use.

heres a quick fuelpak question...anyone find an easy way of fittin that thing under the seat? i have an '05 lowride and am using it with some bigshot shorts. while it really isnt noticable...I cant for the life of me to get it inside the frame with all the wiring running through it. so mostly the seat kinda sits right on the fuelpak.
