Personally, my favorite is the X-b in reply #3. The chaps over the pond didn't pick a very lovely fender for their model.

Anyone notice the Goodson AC on #3? Looks good on that bike.

Just curious tc88hog where you saw this Cross Bones at. It looks like a Heartland rear fender, but did anyone notice that there is no strut. How the heck is that thing mounted?

There is a strut they just did not put the strut covers back over the frame horns. It looks like to me its a fatboy style fender.

Also looks like a steel fabricated battery cover on #3. Or patent leather...hard to tell. Man I hate that plastic thing HD put on there. Moving the ECM off the rear fender makes all the difference to me. The rear fender looks so clean and you get to trash the plastic cover.
My only question - does #3 mod start to look too much like a Rocker?????

I am sorry Dave. But I can not see the struts in post # 3. Maybe it is me or maybe you thought I was refering to the firts post. Here is that pic again.

O yeah I thought you were referring to the other post. That fender is mounted like the rocker, its mounted to the swingarm.
