Also, are those 18"s or 16"s on your Fatboy FACTION95???
I received my kit after three weeks from them in a damaged box. Everything was missing from the box except for the handlebars. Had to return and finally just got it back again after a month and a half!!!!!

They are bad with communication and packaging. When I returned the box the first time I taped it up and put extra bubble wrap on the bars. When I received the package for the second time it was in the same box as the first time with another little box inside for the cables and such!!!!!!!!!

Isn't it amazing how these company's do not care about sedning you the stuff the right way.

Like I said the bars and cables were real nice, but to ruin it with slow shipping, and not being honest about it and then packaging it crappy makes no sense.

Maby somebody from there will see this post and smaten up.

I did save a couple hundred by buying the package but I might think twice if I do it again and gather the parts myself.

At least that way I would get it faster and and have less chance of damage.

I would say skip em or at least you now you know what to look forwrd to.

Have pride do all your own work you will feel better and get respect for doing it yourself to many people just write checks and let someone else build their dream ....dont be a check-book biker
Guess I'm not a real biker since I paid the local dealer $300 bucks to do mine.

Here in Okinawa its raining season and I don't have a garage or a huge selection of tools. All my parts came in and the rain did not stop so I took it to the dealer. I also had some warranty work being done so it worked out great for me.

I have done the install before on a couple other bikes so I know how to do it.
Sure helps to have a garage where you can lay everything out and not have parts all over the driveway.

Good on those that do it themselves but this time I just wasn't messin with it.

I just did 14" apes on my F/B. Buy a service manual. It will help you with everything. That and do a search on here, lots of guys have posted up some useful posts on the subject. After I finished I was so glad I did it instead of paying the $700 shops around here wanted.
