I own a 2003 Fatboy and I was thinking of having a 21"x3" 80 spoke wheel put up front. I have called a HD dealer and they told me I would need a whole new front end? I then called a custom shop in town and they told me I would just have to use spacers and a kit to raise my fender? I don't know much about bikes yet but I am learning quickly. I want to be use the 21" wheel but I don't want to have to install a new front end or a new fender. I guess I need some advice from anyone that can help. Thanks.
