How much does a bike drop for every rake degree?

It would depend on the length of the forks and the current geometry.

all stock, say as its put out further the bike lowers,but im trying to figure out how much per degree it lowers,hope this makes sense!

I added 13deg to my stock rake, took 10 over stock tubes ta level the bike..
That doesent mean it lowered the bike 10" tho.. What are ya tryin ta do?
