i bought some of those braided oil lines off ebay, never again. they were great looking but after a month started leaking at the fitting, hose clamp type. i cleaned them up and reclamped but still leaked. i figured they are for gas line and not oil. as you know oil is pretty slipper gas not so much. anyway i went back with what i had. i did have to replace one line from my tank so i went to checker and bought a power steering hose to do it. havent had any problems.

Found out today the lines I put on were 5/16 fuel lines and not 3/8 oil lines. So today I bought the last 7 feet of 3/8 oil line my stealership had and I will replace all the lines tomorrow with the 3/8 oil line HD recommends. I will look into the stainless lines when the cash starts coming in again...
