Her boots are harley brand boots, but the pipe is right under her heel.
I am thinking maybe i will get some extensions so her foot is not over the pipes
Not all Harley boots are actually made for riding. Some is just a fashion statement.

Remove the passenger seat... seriously! I've spent hours removing black ectoplasma from my pipes several times... it suxs. The only thing that really works are passenger foot boards, but they look horrible in some bikes.

One thing that works (sometimes) is warning the ladies about their shoes and not your pipes, just like Andrew said. Believe me, they could not care less for spoiling a set of $800 Thunderheaders, but they know about ruining a pair or $2K Jimmy Choo's...

I have seen some adjustable pegs, you can adjust them higher. You might look at those.

Extentions should work, but you might want to try fitting a small flat steel or aluminum plate to the inside of the peg to keep their feet out and heel from twisting inwards toward the pipes. Paint it gloss black paint, or rubberized undercoat if your worried about it scratching, and it should virtually dissapear against the side of the bike.

One word of caution, NEVER let them wear sneakers if you can at all avoid it. The soles flex too easily allowing them to get their heel on the pipe even when they are careful, and they melt a lot quicker/easier than boot heels.

Get longer pegs or remove them and make her wrap her feet around your waist.

Another good idea if she is petite is to relocate the passenger pegs from their original location to the bolts/holes where the seat is fixed to the bike.
