You can get something like this for the struts;

BTW an EVO engine is an Over Head Valve (OHV) engine not a Single Over Head Cam (SOHC) engine. Only the V-Rods are OHC engines and I think they are actually Double Over Head Cam (DOHC) engines.

Right now I have the stock 'bullet' signals, what's in my sig pic.
But I'm in the process of trying to get hold of a set of front signals that I'm going to rewire into brake/turn signals and mount to the upper sides of the license plate frame.

Tom
They look nice on there, are they LED's or incandescent lamps?
If they are LED's did you have to use an equalizer to make if flash properly and are they bright enough?

They are the Kurykan, LED, mini bullet, strut huggers. I switched to them to allow clearance for my saddlebags. At the same time, I installed a Tailsbone converter, from Biketronics, that lets the rear signals also act as running and axillary brake lights.
There was a misstatement in the J&P catalog that read as if a load equalizer wouldn't be needed. Right before I installed the converter,I called the Biketronics customer service, to make sure I didn't need a load equalizer. They agreed the add was misleading and told me there was a good chance my ECM would adjust enough for them. They said after installing them, to do a momentary disconnect of the bike's battery. Then activate the right signal for several seconds then the left signal. They said my signals may start off blinking fast and after a few seconds slow down. I did what they told me and the signals worked fine right at the start. That was 2-1/2 years ago, so I guess they are okay.
I attached a picture showing how they hug the strut, but it's not too clear.

Thanks.
You have a great looking ride. Why don't you start a photo album on your bike?
