Anybody know ao anyplace where I can get some custom wheels......rather inexpensivly?
I have been searching around on Ebay for a long time and deals on wheels are tough to come by. I was thinking maybe somebody knows of a catalog or a small bike shop that has some decent wheels for under 2 grand.
I have a 2003 Night Train so I'm looking for a 21' front rim and a 16" rear. The ones below are Revtec wheels that are only $1000.00 for both wheels but they only have 16" fronts and rears. Damn!
If you find the wheels you want, don't be skimpy on em. But to answer your question, The eBay Store sellers will give you the size you want. All you have to do is call them and tell them what you are looking for. I found the type of wheels I wanted on but they had akward sizes, called them up and the price was about the same.
I just switched the front end on my 06 Night Train out for a 16" front and a custum cut fender. It's the best thing I've done so far to the bike. The thing just handles like a dream now and looks damn good. Sorry no pics right now but I will be fixing that.
