Bag-O-Bones?
I'm setting up my 2008 Crossbones for solo touring. I picked up a set of Santee Snub Nose pipes cheap and welded in O2 bungs and painted them, but haven't put them on yet. With the Santee pipes I'll be able to use my Heritage Springer bags which will give more touring capacity when needed.
I've got two seats that I could use. The Brown one is WWII issue for the WLA. The Black one is a '47 Accessory item. Both are a lot more comfortable than the stocker.

It's very comfy, I love the way it rides. I'm 6'2" and about 190 and let me tell you it is much, much better than the stocker. It is a WWII item, but I think the only thing special about it is the rivets on the sides (presumably to prevent military web gear from wearing out the seat). I think J&P Vintage sells the Corbin Gentry reproduction.
Not bad......Maybe .....powder coat the light bar and driving lights, no spots on the bags.
