Default footpeg help

im trying to get a part number. wondering if any of you guys can help, in the attachement it shows part number 5 the part where the pegs bolts to the frame. these pegs are stock on the 09 cvo springer however on that bike part number 5 is different. it is not straight but is offset so the peg is about 1/2 inch further away from the rider. if that makes sense?
i have tried the dealer but he is being as helpfull as ever and says he cant find the part number. if any one can help or tell me where i can get oem part numbers i would appreciate it. thanks
