Default basic info, help, 2000 FLSTC

Had jets changed to smaller...was running rich..mileage still pretty crappy. 29 at best..town..highway..doesn't matter. 80 MPH, 60 MPH...regular..premium..no change. Plugs look good. Has hi flow air filter. Should I go back to stock? also..OIL CHANGES..what a mess! What engineer decided it was best to have the oil filter in an area where you can't possibly catch the oil that comes out when you remove the filter?? Anyone have a solution? also..electrical system. I'm considering adding one of the gizmos that give me running and brake from the rear..what about the front? Also..how much extra lighting will the stc support (electrically?) I'm still learning about it since I just bought it a month ago. I was riding a 1994 Suzuki intruder 1400 (83 HP). and I'll have to admit..it had FAR more ***** than the harley does!
