Throttle won't adjust properly
Well I found the problem. It was the handle bars themselves.
The bar was slightely deformed where they machined the dimple on the right side of the bar & the end of the bar had a slight flare to it. The left side was fine. I had a choice of completely disassembling the whole thing & starting all over, or fix the bar. I chose to fix the bar. All is good now. So, for those who are changing your bars, check the fitment of the grips / look the bars over real close "before" you start the project. It is possible that the bars might have some deformation due to the bending / dimpling process, or be out of spec. from the tooling itself.
