I went with comfort and that's why I went with apes. It's all a matter of what works for you.

I've got a friend who comes from sport bikes, and currently rides a Honda RC51....keeps telling me I'd have a might nice Harley if it had drag bars.

Me? I ride in perfect comfort with my miniapes, and the handling is as good as I'd ever need it to be...comfortable, but sporty enough for the twisties. I like it.

I was originally going to put drag bars on my rocker but was talked out of it and i'm really glad i was. The only thing about drag bars mainly the T bar style is it screams Played out custom chopper look. I like drag bars on some bikes, bobber or cafe style, but the whole flame mirrors. billet grips and T bars is just a little over done.

I agree with you on T bars, but true drag bars in my book have little or no rise including the risers IMHO.
