For all you engine experts out there...here's a question for ya on my '06 Deluxe TC88:
My front plug is a little more black and sooty than I'd like it to be but the rear plug looks perfect. I've got an S/E AC installed with a V&H Fuel Pak and V&H Double Barrells. Any ideas what might be going on?
Let me know if more info is needed and thanks to all who reply.
My guess would be that the rear cylinder is running hotter than the front... front cylinder gets more air than the rear one...
if it abnoxiously different, it could be the plug or wire
Thanks for the info. It's not horribly bad and I can live with it. The bike runs great and has tons of torque. An occasional pop but it's usually rare. Just wanted to make sure this wasn't a sign for something bad to happen down the road.
