Default Supertrapp 2-1 Fishtail Question

OK Guys, I never ask for anything but now I'm askin'.
My wifes '08 Deluxe has factory muffs, XIED's & a K&N intake kit.

Here's what I'm thinking. I've got a Supertrapp 2-1 w/ Fishtail muff that came off my '06 Thunder Mountain Bobber 103" softail. FYI the TM Sterling 103" is all Harley running gear & electrics.

Danielle @ TM told me the Supertrapp fit an '06 Heritage. The ST Fishtail muff is open (2")straight thru w/ no discs or butt plugs, only a long louvered baffle. I'll weld the O2 sensor bungs in of course & do any bracket mods that are neccessry to make this happen.

Now you're asking why. First the Deluxe will breath better, how much I don't know. Second I'm going Fishtail for style & would like to avoid true duals at this time. Third I'd like to try something I haven't seen done yet, i.e. 2-1 FT.

I made a mistake on her first scoot when I put DG HK's on that nearly made your ears bleed. She's ok with more sound but not ear crackin'.

Am I on the right track here ?
Will a Supertrapp from an '06 TC Heritage bolt up to an '08 TC Deluxe ?
Are the exhaust port angles the same ?
Are there any other clearance issues such as pegg/floorboards ?
Is it worth it in the first place ?

Advice/Opinions are welcome.
