Hey rob... mine is 5 inches wide with a 90/90 but I went a little wide to leave me options open on tire and rims... I think 4.75 is a good size for you.
runnin the RWD long ocf, 5.5 wide with a 120 metz. made my spacers from the hardware isle @ lowes for $7. they also come "flared" so there is no need for spacers. my photobucket is **** up for a while so check out my gallery for pics.
be careful with the flared fenders though. i had a flared RWD front, and I couldn't get it as low to the tire as I would have liked. the one without flares and pre-drilled holes are more adjustable to your likes. and i think 4.75 was the narrowest fender i could find last year.
Hey Story, Can you post pics of the Spacers you used? Im ordering the 4.75 myself and wanted to see what you used.. Thanks
Scheers... I got my spacers at a local hardware store "Chrome ones" I think i went with 1" spacers cause my fender is 5" wide and the distance between my lowers were 7" I think I paid like 4 or 5 dollars each also grabed some longer stainless steel hardware "bolts and Nuts"
I like the Heartland fender but the 300 dollar price tag is not so nice.. I realize it bolts up but ah well.. Love the way story's bike looks with that fender, think i'll find me some spacers and roll with that for now...
