Ok got my tank out of the way, controls off and un plugged. Having trouble releasing the pins from the plugs on my 08 Crossbones. Any advice to disconnecting the wires from the plugs would be appreciated. I have ample cable tp run internally without having to splice...please help as I've just stalled out. Is there a tool I should use to release the pins from the plug??
I got em out....dental tool and pliers...
Put 14" Nash gimps on today, ran the wires in the bars....Thought I had enough control cable to make it work the throttle side fits but the clutch side is probably 4 inches at least too short..Gonna have to splice after all. Bars loook kick *** though.
Now on to the cables, We measured and measured and 4 inch over stock on the throttle and clutch cables and about 49.5 inch one piece brake line from banjo center to center..
Thank you for the responses.
