Default Need some help!!!!

My brother is buying a 09 night train and of course he wants the same pipes as me(big radius). I told him to buy a new set of bassani pipes and i would give him mine. He is gonna put 1000 miles on the bike before he puts pipes on so i have atleast a weekend or two to do this. Couple questions????? Will my 06 night trains vh br pipes fit his 09 train? Also would it just be a swap of the pipes or do i have to worry about o2 sensors and $hit? He is getting the power commander v and big sucker so he should be good with that. I did do a dyno a couple weeks ago... Would i have to readjust at all? Am i gonna lose power or gain you think?
Im glad he is getting a train but i can not be riding next to him with the same pipes and i can not change his mind. When i first bought my bike i did not know about bassanis until it was 2 late. Thanks fellers !!!!!!

Not sure, we know the 09 has the 02's, I've found the best place to get the best answer is call the makers, V&H's. If not ask the dealership..

Not if you have o2 sensors on your bike. Check and see if there o2 bungs on the inside of those br's you have. But I doubt that there are any.

Not a slight against the folks on here with the BR pipes, but they are getting as common as longshots or bigshot longs on a Heritage (I am guilty). Encourage him to look at something else to stand out a bit from the crowd.

if he buys you the bassani's for your year bike they will bolt on with no issues and tuning should be very similar so you should not have to have it retuned. now he can put your pipes on his bike no problem as long as he gets a pcv and uses the o2 eliminators. i have older style L.A. Choppers pipes on my 08 along with a pcv and its fine. btw i your bike looks nasty saints, good job
