Default Changing Deluxe Handlebars

I'm doing research on best way to make the wife's Deluxe fit her better. She needs about 3" more pullback which means the new bars would have to be about 12.5" PB. (with the 2"pb on the risers this would make a total of 14.5"pb).

Far as Chubby's go seems the 504 are closest to what she needs. They are 2 inch wider than stock and it remains to be seen if that would be too much for her.
Haven't checked out any other manufacturers yet but am partial to the 1.25" diameter.

Be interested in hearing from others who needed a similar increase in pullback and what solution you came up with.

BTW, wife is 5'6" with average length arms (I guess)

What about her current foot position? Perhaps a seat change to move her closer might be a better solution?

Changes to Chubby 508 which are dresser bars. The riser was changed to a simple clamp. No need to change any cables. Wires are internal.

She really likes the look and feel of the stock seat. She sat on a Reach seat and it seemed more geared toward lowering the height. Only moved her forward about a half inch.

Problem I see with the 508s is the extreme rearward attitude of the handgrips which could prove uncomfortable to the wrists on long rides. And also w/o the risers they would be lower than the stock bars.

Beach bars too wide. Would like to stay as close to 32 inches as I can.

Seems like the 504s are the closest to the ideal but I'll look at other manufacturers to see what they offer. From what I can tell the Flanders 1.25s require new clamps which I'd rather avoid. May have to stick with the 1".

Thanks for the ideas.

Really surprises me that you were able to get those on w/o having to change cables.
