put a new clutch cable on and adjusted it 1/16 at the perch and fired it up on my lift and noticed the back wheel was spinning now should i put more adjustment at the lever or pull the cover and adjust the clutch thanks

 

Its normal for it to spin on the stand and wheel off the ground.

tends to do that on ice as well... don't ask how I know
