Default reflectors

i have a 04 fxst and was wondering is it possible to get those reflectors off the lower fork tubes, if so what is the best way, will it look good or will it leave some kind of mark showing that they were there?

I took the wife's hair dryer, heated up the reflector and the fork surface. Then took a piece of dental floss and slid it behind the reflector, peeled it away, and used Liquid Wrench to get the glue off. WD40 will work too. Took all of 5 minutes.

Yep, they're just applied with two-way tape. Peel them off and remove the remaining glue and you're all set.

I just gave them a twist, they popped off and after a little buffing with an old cotton t you would never know they had ever been there.

+1 on the twist. My bike was sitting in the sun when i went out in the morning and I just grabbed and twisted had give a quick rub to clean up what little tape was left.
