eBay's probably the place to look once you've decided on what specific pipes you want. Then just see if you can get a better price on eBay than pipecity or wherever. If not...just pull the trigger. No use waiting for weeks or months just to save $20.

I bought my BSS for dealer cost or $390.00 $190.00 off list price from Carson City HD as they were overstocked and put a few pairs on E-Bay.
I bought my Rinehart 2 weeks ago for $230.00 off MSRP $756 List my cost $520.00 with free shipping from American Classics E-Bay store as they had advertised a disply set hanging on the wall yet they had sold already and I had them to uphold the price on a new in the box set as they forgot to remove the ad from E-Bay.
So figure out what you want then shop hard and dont be afraid to negotiate yer' *** off.
