Default Chrome stuff

Hey all, new here. I just got an 08 Rocker. The guy who had it did a lot of stuff to it and never rode it. I plan on changing that! Anyway, just looking for a few chrome pcs. that he missed.(I know, I know, chrome don't get ya home!) I found a regulator cvr., but I can't find a coil cover, oil tank cap, or a headlight shroud for it. I also need a bracket for a HD 2-5/8 tach that will fit the bar clamps. Anyone know where I could find these? Thanks.

Try J&P Cycles -they will send a free catalog that is 2" thick.
or Phat performance - online they both have a good selection of parts.

I would like to get a chrome coil cover also (the black grenade doesn't do anything for me), but haven't been able to find anything for it yet. Hopefully soon.

Thanks for the help, guys. I checked out those sites, and will be getting a J&P catalog (I can feel my wallet getting lighter as we speak). I didn't find a brkt. for the tach that is listed as fitting my model. I know the spread on the clamp bolts is 3.5", is this the same for some other models? I can fab one if need be, but if there's something that will bolt on (or close to it) it would save me some time. Thanks again for any help.

You can go straight to H-D for the oil cap and the headlamp visor. I have both on my Rocker. The visor has been out awhile and is easy to find. They just came out with the oil cap so if you go on the site go to " new products " and click on softail and you'll see it. Hope this helps.
Chrome might not get you home but it will get you l%$d !!

Harley PN for the headlamp visor is 69973-08. The Chrome oil cap/dipstick is 62695-09.

yes it's more comfortable...it was the heartland seat but I had danny gray re-do it for me and he put the gel pad in it for me
