Layback licence plate bracket
We have this one with the cheapee chrome plate cover from HD:

Went with it mainly because wife wanted to keep option open for mounting cb antenae or flags to the plate.
Another popular setup is the one by softbrake. It relocates the plate to under the tailight. But is much more money.

I bought one from a guy on the forum. It was $20.00 shipped. The best $20.00 I have ever spent. I put a chrome frame on it and it is always getting attention, "where did you get that?" kinda stuff. I think the guy was in Maine.
Do a search on here and you should find it.

Kuryakyn has a really nice Curved Laydown License Plate. I picked one up on eBay and think it looks really good.

Check out the softbrake relocator that puts the plate below the light, too. I have this and really like it. It's the 4th one down for your bike.
