My "black powdercoat every chrome piece I have" continues. Recent adds include:
Black stock struts.(I had smooth black ones but I put a detachable backrest for the GF)
Black Lazer-Lite mini bullets
Black axle covers
Black coil cover
Black hand levers, controls, switches.(They're stock but I had to buy them cause I threw away the 3 sets of stock ones that I had)
Black heat shields.( I had originally barbeque painted them but I sent them to my powdercoater cause I didn't want them to flake)
Black mirrors
Black cables.(I had to re-buy these also cause I threw away all my stock ones-still waiting for custom front line)
Mustang seat with pillion. Not as comfy as I thought but we'll see
Black detachable 1 piece sissy bar
I also started blacking out my Accutronix foot controls. I have an extra set so I will powdercoat the whole control and mix and match the chrome and black. Next will be the outer primary cover, cam cover, tranny covers, upper rocker box covers, and oil tank. I'm trying to do all this with no downtime so I'm using mostly extra parts but I find myself at the coater a few times a week.
